Developments Saturday in the ongoing H1N1 pandemic in Canada and around the world:
Premier Dalton McGuinty says he's not blaming Ottawa for a dramatic slowdown in the delivery of the swine flu vaccine.
He says he was disappointed to hear that the federal government would only be able to deliver a fraction of the H1N1 vaccine that Ontario officials had expected.
But he says it's not about blame and that everyone must pull together to do their best under the circumstances.
McGuinty also urged Ontario residents to allow high-risk groups get the vaccine first.
An Ontario woman from the Niagara Falls area has died after contracting the H1N1 virus, marking the province's third confirmed death from the flu in a little over a week.
Niagara region health spokeswoman Fiona Peacefull says the woman had underlying health conditions.
Peacefull says the woman died sometime this week but she could not reveal her age or location due to patient confidentiality.
